VSOP Offset Mounter

The Sleeve Service Station 900 for mounting flexo printing plates onto sleeves is specifically designed for the narrow web flexible packaging industry and for serving variable repeat offset presses. Sleeves can be changed in the fastest and easiest way. The Sleeve Service Station is also suitable for the mounting of offset printing plates onto special sleeves with a gap and for mounting offset rubber blankets onto sleeves.

Once the first plate is on the right position, a snapshot can be taken and used semi-transparently for the next plates.

A high-speed connection combined with sharp images, zoom up to 170x and a 40" monitor enables the operator to mount the plate with highest precision.

The Sleeve Service Station is equipped with a specially designed vacuum table for mounting offset plates
