AVI

SQIS is AV Flexologic’s inspection and measurement solution for verifying the condition and dimensional quality of sleeves before they go to press. By measuring the 3D surface of sleeves and identifying out-of-spec or damaged sleeves before mounting, SQIS helps reduce press downtime, improve print consistency, and support a more controlled production workflow.

RoboCELL

RoboCELL is a modular automation system that physically handles and processes sleeves and plates before and during mounting. Instead of operators manually lifting sleeves, applying tape, positioning plates, and transferring materials between stations, RoboCELL automates these repetitive and accuracy-critical steps.
