Meet our Flexo experts
Martijn Otten
Martijn is the Managing Director of AV Flexologic and Tech Sleeves and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. For him, innovation is the key to success, and with his family business he is moving the flexo industry to the next level.

Guillermo has more than 5 years of experience in the flexo industry. He is the LATAM Regional Director for AV Flexologic and Tech Sleeves. He will guide you on live demos of the different mounter solutions we will display at Labelexpo.
Rami Kourdi
Rami is the sales manager for Middle East. He brings more than 20 years of experience in different domains, and he is part of the AV Flexologic team since 2022.
Dario Scursatone
Dario has 28 years of experience in the printing industry. Since 2017, he is part of the AV Flexologic team and he is the sales manager for the Italian market.
Ashley Clark
Ashley is new to AV Flexologic, but has 14 years of experience in the flexo industry. His background is in plate mounting and general prepress. He was the project leader for the first fully automated plate mounting FAMM 3.0, and now he is the UK and Ireland sales manager.
Mihut Vrabie
Mihut has been working in sales for decades, and he is the AV Flexologic since 2015. He is the sales manger for Central and Eastern Europe, Balkan countries, Baltics, Turkey and Israel.
Nick Vietnieks
Nick has been part of Tech Sleeves since 2020. He started as business developer, and now he is the General Manager, leading Tech Sleeves to become the printing sleeve manufacturer with the highest quality, innovation and reliability.
Hans Bezuijen
Hans has an extensive experience in the flexo industry, for a total of 45 years. He has been part of the AV Flexologic sales team for more than 20 years and he is now responsible for the German, Swiss and Benelux market.
