K show 2019
K show 2019 is the biggest international trade fair for plastics and rubber, with more than 32.000 exhibitors from 60 countries. The event took place in Dusseldorf, Germany, from the 16-23 of October 2019. AV Flexologic presented the latest innovations in the pre-press industry at stand #4A09 at Hall 4.
SHOWCASED MACHINE: AUTOMATIC SAMM 2.0
The Automatic SAMM 2.0 is the next generation flexo plate mounting machine for the flexo wide-web. Equipped with the patented Image Recognition, the SAMM 2.0 automatically positions the flexo plates using robotics. Since the operator roughly positions the flexo plate onto the motorized front table, the machine takes over and automatically mounts one flexo plate after another, with a 30-seconds mounting speed.
