AV Flexologic is a global manufacturer of high-quality equipment for the flexographic industry. With offices in the Netherlands, Thailand, Mexico and the United States and a production facility in Romania, we serve customers all over the world. Our products are used by printing and packaging companies that strive for the highest quality and efficiency. As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a dedicated Project Lead to join our team and contribute to our success.

As a Project Lead, you are responsible for successfully initiating, planning, executing, and delivering (complex) projects within our organization. You lead multidisciplinary teams, monitor progress, budget, and quality, and act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead one or more projects from initiation to completion, according to defined goals and deadlines.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Direct, coach, and motivate project teams.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to management.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively implement corrective actions.
• Ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Evaluate completed projects and share lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a project management role.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Prince2 is a plus.
• Experience with SolidWorks is a plus.
• Hands-on person.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Results-oriented, decisive, and resilient under pressure.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written), Dutch is a plus.
