The Aquasuper is a high volume, full filtration photopolymer machine to manufacture water washable flexo printing plates up to 500x700mm (20” x 28”). The plate to be washed out is fixed in the orbital washout unit on a sticky base plate. The plate is washed out in a mixture of water of 1% dishwasher soap, at a temperature of approximately 40° C.
The machine is equipped with a PLC, which has a digital display for back-exposure, main exposure, washout time, dryer temperature and anti-tacking.

The Flatmount is a mounting machine for flexo photopolymer printing plates, especially developed for the corrugated post print flexo industry, which are provided with mylars . The sturdy steel frame construction with trespa top and a temperature treated and grinded camera beam with double linear guiding ensures best calibration and excellent results throughout the years. The automatic positioning of both cameras simplifies the mounting job , which improves and accelerates results considerably.
