AV Flexologic Americas was formed in October 2015 and it currently consists of 3 technical sales managers, 2 field service engineers, as well as a support network for remote assistance. As a dedicated team, we focus on satisfying the needs and offer the best customer support for our customers all over the Americas.

Bruce Hinkel
Technical Sales Manager
Bruce Hinkel brings 30+ years of flexo experience to the Americas team. “I joined Team Americas to align my passion and experience with the incredible technology and people of AV Flexologic. The products speak for themselves, but it was the ownership and fantastic people that was most attractive to me. With Tech Sleeves added to our portfolio, we have powerful solutions for the Flexo Industry”
Guillermo Rodriguez
Technical Sales Manager
Guillermo has been with AV Flexologic for the past four years and he achieved to develop and expand our business in Latin America by building strong partnerships with some of the biggest printers worldwide. He is currently in the process of relocating to Miami, Florida to join the American team and reach customers even faster. With his education in international economics and business, he has brought a great young, customer-centric, collaborative sales perspective to our company.

Technical Support / PM
Nathan Rank has 25+ years of experience in the flexographic industry. Beyond support with our mechanical equipment and sleeve products, Nathan has a great understanding of the complete Flexographic process, from plate manufacture to print. “I joined the Americas team because of our cutting edge technologies and focus on the future of the industry”, said Nathan about his new role.
Julie and Karen
Customer Support Americas
We partnered with H2 Flexo Services to establish both a U.S. Parts Warehouse and Customer Support Center. With 30+ years experience in the Flexographic Printing, Karen and Julie handle some of the administrative duties for our team that include shipments within the US, managing our parts warehouse, most communication on AVF Care programs, and they are first-line support for the Americas region when it is after hours in Holland.
Steve Martin
Field Service Engineer US
Steve Martin joined AV Flexologic in March of 2018. He brings 18+ years of experience as a service engineer, as well as almost 15 years of experience in computers and programming. Steve resides in Chicago, IL which will make it easy to support customers in the Americas. His experience and location will help us solidify customer service in our region.
