Máquina Montadora Motorizada MOM DDS
La MOM DD S es la máquina montadora de estándar industrial para el posicionamiento y montaje manual de las planchas flexográficas. Este montador motorizado de planchas para flexografía está equipado de todas las características estándar de AV Flexologic. Dispone de una mesa de altura fija y un cilindro que se mueve verticalmente, y no se deben enfocar las cámaras. Proporciona una experiencia de montaje simple y ergonómica.

Punteros láser
Indicadores de donde los marcos de montaje son localizados para colocar fácilmente las planchas.

Automatic moving cameras
The HD cameras automatically move to the exact mounting position entered in the system.

Vertically moving cylinder
The cylinder moves vertically up and down, allowing a fixed distance between the camera lense and the plate. Therefore, there is no need to re-focus the cameras.

Fixed height table
Mounting table at a fixed height that can be easily moved up and down to change the sleeve.

Touchscreen
Large touchscreen for entering the X and Y coordinates of the marks, the repeat sizes and other mounting information.

Automatic locking system
Cantilever system to lock/unlock the mandrel for easy loading/unloading of sleeves and adapters

Camera encoders
The encoders are used to move the cameras right and left.

Opciones de MOM DDS
Cuchilla de corte
La unidad de cuchilla de corte se puede deslizar por toda la longitud de la máquina y cortar la cinta sin problemas. Está hecha con un ajuste de profundidad preciso, por lo tanto, la manga no se daña por el corte.
Porta cinta en carril de precisión
Opcionalmente, se puede agregar un soporte de cinta a las máquinas MOM y SAMM en guías lineales de precisión. Las guías lineales aseguran que el rollo de cinta esté completamente paralelo al manguito al aplicar la cinta y ayude al operador a mover fácilmente la cinta a lo largo del lado del manguito.
Pressure roller
The pressure roller ensures even mounting without any air bubbles. Additionally, it applies even pressure on the plate which is mounted on the tape. The pressure roller is an ergonomic solution for efficient mounting.
Cutting knife for plates
The cutting knife has a very precise adjustable depth which is regulated by the movement of the lift. The cutting knife is connected to the camera beam and you can easily slide it through the sleeve and cut the excess tape without damaging the sleeve. The cutting knife is used also for applying tape onto the sleeve and it is an optional feature to the Automatic SAMM and the Motorized MOM mounting machines.
