Color Control is hiring: Process Engineer at the Sannicoara factory

✅ What you will do with us:

You will analyze and improve technological processes.
You will collaborate closely with the technical and production teams for quality control of products and technological parameters.
You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions for streamlining production processes.
You will ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in handling chemical substances.
You will draft technical procedures, reports, and conduct training for operational staff.

Higher education in a technical field (an advantage for studies in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry, or related fields).
Relevant experience (min. 2-3 years) in an industrial environment with chemical processes.
Knowledge regarding the behavior of chemical materials and their interaction with various substrates.
Good technical analysis skills and an orientation towards practical solutions.
Medium-advanced level of English is an advantage.
