Requirements:

  • Higher education in a technical field
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the manufacturing/production field is an advantage
  • Planning and work organization skills
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Conversational level English language skills

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Design: Utilize Solidworks 3D design software to create detailed designs and production drawings for hardware components.
  • Automation and Robotics: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions involving automation and robotics, aiming to improve product quality, production output, and process efficiency.
  • Create and implement clear procedures for transitioning traditional manufacturing processes to advanced automated systems, integrating cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of project management, including planning, execution, and tracking of automation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Introduce new technologies and materials into the production process.
