Specializing in the production and distribution of consumables for the flexographic printing industry, Allflexo has been a reliable partner for nearly 40 years. The company’s product line focuses on water-washable flexographic plates from Toyobo, including the innovative Cosmolight series, which offers sustainable and high-performance solutions for the industry.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the flexographic printing industry. This role is crucial for driving growth and doubling our turnover in the next three years.
Key responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
- Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Develop strategies to capture new market opportunities and expand existing business.
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate new leads and build relationships
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Partner with OEM’s and industry leaders
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to address their needs and gather feedback
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the management team to define business development goals and objectives.
- Create and execute business plans to achieve these goals, with a focus on doubling turnover within three years.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand product features and benefits.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on business development best practices.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the flexographic printing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Understanding of flexographic printing processes and products, experience with plates highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good language skills in English and German (Dutch preferred).
- Organization, flexibility and capability to communicate on all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel worldwide.
- Pro-active mind set, entrepreneur.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
