Specializing in the production and distribution of consumables for the flexographic printing industry, Allflexo has been a reliable partner for nearly 40 years. The company’s product line focuses on water-washable flexographic plates from Toyobo, including the innovative Cosmolight series, which offers sustainable and high-performance solutions for the industry.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the flexographic printing industry. This role is crucial for driving growth and doubling our turnover in the next three years.

Key responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
  • Develop strategies to capture new market opportunities and expand existing business.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Generate new leads and build relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Partner with OEM’s and industry leaders

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to address their needs and gather feedback

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with the management team to define business development goals and objectives.
  • Create and execute business plans to achieve these goals, with a focus on doubling turnover within three years.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to understand product features and benefits.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on business development best practices.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the flexographic printing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Understanding of flexographic printing processes and products, experience with plates highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good language skills in English and German (Dutch preferred).
  • Organization, flexibility and capability to communicate on all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide.
  • Pro-active mind set, entrepreneur.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
