Features
Robotic Tape Application
The RoboTAPE applies the tape fully automatically within 30 seconds. The spiral taping eliminates tape waste
No Air Inclusions
The robotic taping eliminates the air bubbles and provides accurate and consistent taping application.
Tape Roller
The RoboTAPE has a tape roll of 250m of length for applying the tape. The width of the tape is 230mm.
Taping Station
The operator manually loads the sleeve/adapter on the mandrel of the taping station. When the tape application is completed by the robot, he can remove the taped sleeve.
Safety Fence
The robot is surrounded by a safety fence to protect the operator during the taping process.
HMI Console
The HMI Console is used to set up jobs and start the loading and mounting process. XML files can be loaded into the system for a quick start-up.
Options
RoboSLEEVE Function
The RoboTAPE can be advanced with the RoboSLEEVE function which allows the robot not only to apply the tape, but also to handle safely the sleeves and both load and unload them. The combination of the RoboTAPE and the RoboSLEEVE allows a fully automatic taping process without any operator interaction.
Additional Taping Tool
Additional taping tools can be added in the cell in a dedicated tool station area where the Robot can automatically change its tool and load one with a different density tape.
Tech Cart
One or more Tech Carts can be supplied with the RoboTAPE to help transfer the sleeves. The customized Tech Cart provides safe and easy sleeve transfer.

The Demounter efficiently removes plates and tape from sleeves without damaging them. Operating the Demounter is very easy and effortless.
RoboCELL
The RoboCELL is the integration of the RoboSLEEVE, the RoboTAPE, the RoboPLATE, and the FAMM. It provides robotic sleeve handling, taping, and mounting.
FAMM 3.0
The FAMM 3.0 is a third-generation fully automatic flexo plate mounting machine. It accurately mounts (2μm) multiple plates without any operator interaction.
Sleeve Storage System
The Customizable Sleeve Storage System offers the highest protection for flexo printing sleeves. The vertical storage prevents sleeve damage and extends the lifetime of the sleeves.
Sleeve Quality Inspection System
The TIR analyses the quality of the printing sleeve/cylinder by measuring the "3D landscape" of the surface (5μm accuracy).

The Tech Cart® is used to transport printing sleeves, anilox sleeves and/or bridges with limited physical effort.
