Features
Cushioned Table with Vacuum
The MOM USD comes with a large and sturdy mounting table with a vacuumm, making it very easy to handle.
Motorized Cameras
The motorized cameras are adjusted through the encoder. They are located below the mounting table.
Clamping System
The pneumatic clamping system works with 2 (or more) cones that are customized to your needs. You can load cylinders and/or sleeves.
Laser Pointers
Indicators of where the mounting marks are located for placing easily the plates.
Vertically Moving Cylinder
Once the plate is positioned the cylinder moves vertically down removing the need to focus the camera lenses.
Ergonomic Features
Automatic Table Lock
After moving the table back and forth to mount the plate onto the cylinder, the table automatically locks at the mounting position.
Camera Encoders
The operator moves the cameras to the desired mounting position by merely rotating the encoder wheels.
Handle with Control Button
The button on the handle controls the clamping cone system. By pressing it locks/unlocks the cylinder. This ergonomic feature eliminates the need for a feet pedal and an air switch.
