SAMM 3.0 Installation and Operator Training Completed at WIPAK

AV Flexologic recently completed the installation and operator training of a SAMM 3.0 automatic plate mounting machine at WIPAK, supporting the company in further improving mounting accuracy and workflow efficiency.

The installation and training were led by Ashley Clark, Technical Sales Manager at AV Flexologic, who worked closely with the WIPAK team during the commissioning of the machine.

During the installation, the print manager from WIPAK participated in the training and implementation process, ensuring that the operators were fully familiar with the system and its workflow.

A recent visit to the site provided the opportunity to see the machine running in production and to receive feedback from the operators. It was encouraging to see how quickly the team had adopted the system and how effectively it was performing in the production environment.

The SAMM 3.0 is designed to deliver high mounting accuracy and repeatability while helping flexographic printers reduce mounting errors and improve press uptime.
