SAMM 2.0 1300 Installation Completed in Italy Through OEM Partner Comexi

AV Flexologic is pleased to announce the successful installation of a SAMM 2.0 1300 automatic plate mounting machine in Italy, delivered through our OEM partner Comexi.

The installation marks another step in strengthening AV Flexologic’s presence in Southern Europe and supporting flexographic printers with advanced mounting technology that improves efficiency, accuracy, and workflow consistency.

The SAMM 2.0 1300 is designed to provide precise and repeatable plate mounting while helping converters reduce mounting time and minimize errors during the prepress process. The system supports operators with intuitive software and reliable automation, contributing to improved press performance and overall productivity.

The project involved close collaboration between AV Flexologic, Comexi, and the local customer team to ensure a smooth installation and successful commissioning of the machine.

This installation reflects the continued growth of the AV Flexologic community in Southern Italy. A second system is already planned and expected to become operational in 2026, further expanding the use of automated mounting technology in the region.
