Mount-O-Matic 2000 Plus

The top in the field of mounting flexible printing forms: extremely precise, simple to operate and fast. The mounting principle is the same as with the MK II series, the difference being a flat mounting table (of which the front part can be extended), which simplifies the plate mounting onto the cylinder.

Every printing plate can be mounted very precisely by placing the cross marks or microdots of the plate on those of the split screen monitor. The cross lines on the monitor can be split up, so that the lines are matched to the cross marks of the plate. Alternatively, a square can be made around a micro dot or any other mark. The enlarged image on the split screen monitor is being realized by the two computer controlled cameras.
