AV Matic 2100 Exposure Unit

• The unit has a vacuum table for main exposure. Care is taken to ensure enough cooling is present also with the exposure of thin digital plates. The unit can be provided with 60 or 80 Watt exposure lamps, upon customer choice.
• The unit is fitted with a safety and adequate cooling system. The exposure lamps are equipped with electronic starters to ensure best expose, including short back exposure times with thin digital polymer plates. Cooling is performed by means of multiple fans on the top-side of the hood and the side-side of the hood. Temperatures min/max can be set on the touch screen.
• Touch screen control panel with multiple timers for back and main exposure, switch for the vacuum pump and an hour counter for the burning hours of the lamps including the control of UV intensity can be set.
• Option: the unit can be equipped  with, a glass table (dual exposure frame), for both back and main exposure. Consequently, the large size photopolymer plate need not be turned, and hence possible damage of the plate is eliminated. During main exposure, the back exposure lamps are automatically covered. For back exposure additional fans are mounted.
• Option: in case the customer requires a constant temperature of the back plate a water cooling system can be provided. (Note: this is only possible with one site exposure type machines).
• Option: the UV intensity can be measured. Consequently, the electronic system automatically corrects the exposure times.
