Sleeve Cleaner

With the Sleeve Cleaner sleeves can be cleaned in the shortest period of time. After printing, the sleeve is placed in the machine on top of the brushes. After closing the lid, a top roller will hold the sleeve in the right position.
The washing program can be selected and changed by means of an easy to operate touch screen. The sleeve is cleaned with a 2 brush system with a different rotation speed and a top roller. The system needs very little cleaning solution. Sleeve covers (not included) can be used to prevent cleaning solution getting to the inside of the sleeve. Once the washing cycle has finished, residues can be removed by selecting “Flush” on the touch screen. The nozzles will then spray a clean solution over the sleeve ensuring an excellent clean result.
