Mount-O-Matic 2000 Plus DD

The Mount-O-Matic 2000 Plus is the top in the field of mounting flexible printing forms: extremely precise, simple to operate and fast. The MOM 2000 Plus has a flat mounting table of which the front part can be extended, which simplifies the plate mounting onto the cylinder. The Windows interface is easy to use, and improves accuracy and efficiency by using digital proofing.
Every printing plate can be mounted very precisely. To exactly position the plate, the mounting table can be mechanically adjusted, extremely precisely, forwards and backwards and from left to right, by means of the micro-adjustable control on either side of the table. The information of each cylinder can be printed and used to set the printing press, which considerably reduces the standstill of the press.
