Flat FAMM

Among AV Flexologic's latest developments, is the Flat FAMM^® for post print corrugated. The FAMM^® has been especially developed for those customers who demand the highest standards. It is the most efficient flexo mounter in the world today. Repeatability, accuracy and speed are unsurpassed compared to conventional mounting, providing a very quick return on investment. There is no need for manual handling and the quality reporting is digital.
The Flat FAMM^® is based on our Flatmount series, incorporating the same patented technologies as the FAMM^® for Flexible, to produce a highly efficient, fast and accurate machine. Printing plates are mounted within 30s, and the machine is able to handle Mylars up to 3000 mm in length, as well as plates up to 2100 x 1320 mm.

Operation is very simple: The operator positions the plates on a conveyor belt, the FAMM^® takes the plates to the right position by means of a state off the art vision system, and mounts the plates. This machine can replace 3 to 4 conventional mounting machines.
