Cleaner Chemical Feeder System

Modern corrugated printing presses use automatic cleaning systems for the ink, anilox and doctor blade system. In order to keep the anilox rolles perfectly clean, chemical additives are used. This automatic feeder is used to dose the chemicals efficiently.
The system detects water flowing for pre-flush and automatically starts. Parameters can be adjusted on the touchscreen by the operator. Counters indicate the amount of cleaner dispensed and the amount of water through the system.
